start to finish, 2010 - 2021

Now & Then is a collection of songs that were written some time between 2010 and 2014. This was a time when I lived and breathed math rock, and also a time when I had no idea how to get a decent tone while recording (arguably still true), hence why this is just now getting released. These songs have haunted my head for the past 11 years, and so now I hope to set them free by "eternalizing" them at last.

All songs were written in a bedroom in Michigan, and recorded in a basement in Washington state, with the exception of Blush, which had guitars recorded and drums programmed back in Michigan in 2014 (?) and bass recorded in Michigan in 2021!

• My parents - for buying me my first guitar and 5 years of lessons.
• Andrea - for always being my champion.
• Mrs. Clement - my high school English teacher, for letting me turn in an early version of “Black Cat” for a class project.
• And all of the people that I’ve performed these songs with over the last 10 years.
